Practice Manager - Pediatric Therapy Clinic

Location: 7430 W Commercial Blvd, Lauderhill, FL 33319

Schedule Hours: Full-time Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm. The candidate must be flexible due to clinic operating hours of 8 am - 7pm Monday through Friday and Saturdays.

Salary: $ 60,000 annually

What You'll Do

A typical day at MySpot is dynamic and fulfilling, requiring empathy, analytical skills, and a commitment to improving children's lives. Your responsibilities will include:

The practice manager is expected to play a lead role in overseeing and coordinating all operations of their assigned clinic(s). Their responsibilities include a lead role in ensuring adequate staffing at the clinic and working in close collaboration with the regional and clinical directors to achieve quality care and outcomes for clients and their families. The practice manager is essential to the hiring and onboarding of both administrative and clinical staff at the clinic. He/she is expected to ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the physical appeal and appearance of the clinic, engender employees' morale and engagement, participate in turnover reduction initiatives; and partner with clinical director and/or regional director to attain clinic productivity goals. The efficient and productive daily operations at the clinic and its facilities management are paramount goals for the practice manager.

What You'll Need

• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Bachelor's degree or an Associate's Degree with ten years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum of five years' medical office management experience.
  • Flexibility to work shifts with minimum notice.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills

  • Ability to Multitask and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Time management and attention to details
  • Phenomenal Customer Service and Conflict Resolution Abilities
