Job Responsibilities:
- Management of all areas involved in the daily operation of a multi-specialty upscale outpatient office
- Plan and direct the comprehensive administration and operation of the physicians
- Management of daily deliverables across the location will include a focus on patient and associate engagement
- Oversight of the effective integration of all administrative components including database management, patient registration, reception, medical record management, billing, and referral generation
- Driving the marketing, planning, and program management across areas of specialties while ensuring the practice's needs are met
- Accountable for facilities/project management, quality assurance and efficiency optimization, including materials management
- Responsible for human resource functions including staff development and performance management
- Create and maintain a professional environment among the staff
- Ensure daily operations are completed and deliver a best-in- class experience across each practice
- Accountable for physical plant and team compliance with applicable state & local guidelines
- Assess clinical and administrative service areas to ensure clinical operations is sufficiently staffed to support patient flow and touch points throughout the practice visit
- Monitors staff and patient interaction for excellence in customer service and engagement
- Assess clinical supplies and equipment to ensure par level inventory
- Ensure all equipment is in working order and initiate repairs as needed
- Make recommendations for equipment in need of replacement
- Monitor and maintain site compliance and standards of operation to adhere to applicable state & local guidelines
- Bachelor's Degree
- BLS
- 5+ years experience
- MUST have experience in Orhto Dept.
