About the Job
- Position Summary
- This position is responsible for supervising administrative staff and coordinating the daily operations in the office to ensure a smooth workflow and optimum productivity while maintaining patient, staff and physician satisfaction responsibilities.
- Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Education:High School degree preferred.
- License/Certifications:N/A
- Experience:Two or more years in hospital outpatient clinic experience. Supervisory experience preferred.
- Interpersonal and communication skills necessary to interact effectively with staff, patients, families, providers, managers.
- Ability to resolve problems in an accurate and timely manner. Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail.
- Proficient computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Office suite applications such as Word and Excel.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proven experience in a customer service environment.
- Skills in planning, organizing, delegating and supervising.
- Ability to maintain a professional manner even under stressful situations.
