Pre-Litigation Supervising Attorney - Gpac

A well-established California law firm recognized in personal injury and employment law is seeking a motivated attorney to join their dynamic team. We are searching for an experienced associate attorney with a background in personal injury litigation and exceptional communication and collaboration skills. As the Supervising Attorney in the Personal Injury Pre-Litigation department, you will have the opportunity to manage a significant caseload and lead a team of attorneys and case managers while collaborating with multiple departments. 

Qualifications & Skills: 

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
• 2-7 years of experience in Personal Injury law
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to supervise and provide guidance and counsel
• Experience settling cases in the pre-litigation stage
• Spanish fluency is a plus
