Our INEOS-Grenadier dealership in Pasadena is seeking a Pre-Owned Inventory Administrator. This is a great opportunity to take your automotive career to the next level. In this position, you will contribute to the success of Rusnak Group by providing direct client-facing assistance with lease returns, promoting store level lease buy-outs, processing purchased vehicle’s paperwork, inspecting inventory quality, photographing vehicles for internet display, and supporting the Used Car Department in achieving the goals of the dealership.

Responsibilities
Effectively and Efficiently Assists in Vehicle Inspections, Assessment and Reconditioning of Used Vehicles:
- Assists in completing physical evaluations of trade-in or lease return vehicles to determine value, and progresses to handle physical evaluations independently after training completion.
- Determines what cosmetic reconditioning is required, and coordinate with the Service Department and other vendors as needed.
- Completes final inspection of vehicle prior to bringing to front line.
- Provides merchandising assistance with cars display by ensuring all vehicles have required stickers, buyers guides and other materials as needed
- Assist with monitoring status of all used vehicles at various stages of reconditioning to get vehicles to the front line as quickly as possible.
- Maintains a smooth and timely workflow of all used vehicles through the reconditioning stage.
Effectively and Efficiently Assists in Maintaining Vehicle Filing and Research Process:
- Input prospective trades and/or lease returns into appraisal system for evaluation.
- Print out all necessary documents for creation of vehicle file including CarFax, Autocheck, Book Sheets, etc. upon purchase.
- Process paperwork for vehicles purchased at auction and send copies to the Business Office.
- Provides clients with paperwork in the instance of a lease buy-out.
Effectively Oversees Vehicle Prepping, Vehicle Tracking and Inventory Control:
- Coordinates daily workflow by locating and prepping vehicles. Assists with quality checks as needed to ensure vehicles meet the Company’s standards.
- Provides a minimum requirement of quality photographs that highlight the uniqueness of the vehicle.
- Coordinates photoshoots with the Marketing Department as needed.
- Updates vehicle inventory consistently and in a timely manner.
- Ensures the website is up to date with pictures, pricing, and relevant information pertaining to vehicle inventory.
Qualifications
• Desired: Minimum of 2 years in position of Inventory, Sales or similar positions in automotive industry.• Required: H.S. Diploma/GED/ or Equivalent• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; at least 1 year retail related experience.• Strong verbal and written communication skills (Bi-lingual in English and Spanish or other language is an asset in this position).• At least eighteen (18) years of age.• Required: Current California Driver License with satisfactory Department of Motor Vehicle driving record.• Required: Current California Sales License.
