This is a Full -Time position that is scheduled Monday - Friday 12:30p-6p. The pay is $13-14 per hour depending on experience and qualifications. This role is onsite at our center located: 5495 Lake Margaret Drive, Orlando FL 32812
The Preschool Teacher Floater of the various classrooms works to develop a cohesive teaching team, coordinates the curriculum, and manages the day-to-day operational activities of the classroom. The Teacher in this role should be high energy and able to work well with staff, students, and parents. You will have the opportunity to be a leader in the classroom, champion a team environment, and provide fun-filled learning opportunities while making a positive impact on the lives of children within our center.
What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate and implement educational curriculum by creating classroom activities based on developmentally appropriate practices and early learning standards
• Lead by example and encourage teaching team success through modeling and coaching
• Plan individual and group age-appropriate exercises to actively engage children and encourage social, cognitive, and emotional growth
• Maintain personal professional development plan to ensure continuous quality improvement
• Ensure all Center policies and state regulations are met
What We Need from You:

What We Need from You:
• High School Diploma and/or Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field of study
• FL 45 DCF hours required with
• Willingness to obtain VPK endorsement and CDA within 6 months of hire highly preferred

• Minimum of 1 -2 years of professional early childhood education or experience
• Must clear a full level II DCF background check
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills, and basic computer skills
• Strong understanding of children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development to ensure a safe and stimulating classroom environment where students are engaged and encouraged to succeed
• Effective in communicating with both students and adults to meet the needs of the children, effectively guide teacher assistants, and resolve parental concerns
