Position Overview:
We are seeking a candidate who is a master multitasker with excellent communication skills, and advanced knowledge of Excel, including financial calculations. The Pricing Analyst role relies on being highly organized and responsive, with the willingness to meet each day’s challenges head-on with confidence. The Pricing Analyst plays an integral role in our organization, responsible for the day-to-day processing and submitting of all lease financing bids. An understanding of basic finance, strong critical thinking skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with strong attention to detail are required to succeed in this role. Upon demonstration of independent management of accounts, this position has opportunity for growth to an Account Liaison with additional opportunities available.
Essential Duties:
- Prepare and submit lease pricing proposals in Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, and through online bidding sites.
- Assist Pricing Manager with written reports, preparation and distribution of pricing proposals and related documentation.
- Work with management and Capital Markets teams to obtain residual values and debt rates for lease proposals.
- Review and input pricing information, equipment data and bid information into tracking system.
- Prepare and distribute internal lease summaries for awarded lease transactions.
- Input and maintain client activity and details in the department's tracking system (CRM).
- Set up and maintain the department's working folders on shared drives.
- Correspond with customers in a professional manner via email, phone calls, and video calls.
- Act as primary contact for customers as assigned by the Vice President of Pricing or members of the Business Development team.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Education & Experience:
- Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of equipment lease or banking industry preferred.
- Strong work history with intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel, including financial and text formulas, spreadsheet formatting, and formula links.
- Knowledge of Salesforce preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize with strong time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Ability to take initiative and ownership over sometimes ambiguous tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to compose, proofread and edit with accuracy.

- Excellent relational skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong working knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar. To be evidenced by the following:
