MercyOne Medical Group has an exciting opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to join a busy practice located in Rockford/Greene, IA.

• Full Time opportunity
• 1:6 or 1:7 call rotation
• Traditional outpatient Family Medicine practice
• Join a dedicated team of 2 Physicians, 2 Nurse Practitioners and a tenured team of RNs and support staff
• Basic lab, X-Ray and EKG on-site
• Telemedicine and teleradiology available
• First rural health system to implement a fully integrated EMR
• Practice located 30 minutes from MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center - Mason City

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Graduate of a medical/osteopathic medical school is required.
• Demonstrated competency as a physician by completion of an appropriate residency program; board certified or board eligible.
  • Must be board certified within 3 years of becoming eligible
• Must be able to obtain Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa medical staff privileges.
• Above average communication skills.
• Ability to work with a team.
• Licensed or eligible for State of Iowa physician license
• Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate and Federal DEA Certificate.
• EOE/drug screen required
• H1B cap exempt
