Our two design centers in Endicott, New York and a new state of the art development center in Austin, Texas are the home for our next generation technical solutions
Engineers will develop flight and mission-critical products for more than 170 commercial and military customers
You will have the opportunity to help design and develop the next generation: Fly-By-Wire Flight Controls, Aircraft Engine Controls, Ground Vehicle Power Management Systems, Aircraft Electrification Systems, Advanced Air Mobility Systems, Autonomous Flight Systems, Flight Deck Systems, Cabin Management Systems, Weapon Control Systems, and Mission Systems for the world's most prominent commercial and military aircraft and vehicle manufacturers.Candidates for this position can expect to work in mid-size teams that are cooperative, dependable, and supportive, working both co-located in a hybrid environment and geographically distributed

Our company is part of the community, and driven to improve our future and protect our freedom.This position involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work and will take the form of a hybrid work schedule, with time split between working onsite and remotely.As a Principal Analog Design Engineer you will make impacts in the following ways;Design, developing and production following of state of the art electronics for advanced aircraft applications, including Jet Engine Control computers, Flight Control systems, Aircraft Electric Propulsion Systems, Cabin and Cockpit electronics.Conduct research, design, development, and testing of information processing hardware such as computer chips, circuit boards, computer systems, and electrical components.Mentor junior engineers and be a subject matter expert Design new or modifies existing products, develops technical specifications for production, analyzes hardware configuration and processing solutions, and tests hardware conformance to specifications.Engineers at our Endicott NY and Austin TX locations support the following two Business Area’sControls & Avionics Solutions (CAS):In Controls & Avionics Solutions, you will have the opportunity to help define and develop the next generation of avionics – whether it is fly-by-wire flight controls, full authority digital engine controls, or power management & propulsion for future aircraft.Power & Propulsion Solutions (PPS):In Power & Propulsion Solutions, we’re involved with everything from providing efficient, power management on military vehicles to developing eco-friendly, hybrid and electric systems for the commercial world
