Qualifications and responsibilities for this Principal Civil Engineer position include:
Must hold a Professional Engineer (PE) license in Ohio.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
10+ years of experience in roadway design, drainage design, and geometric design.
Lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams from concept to construction.
Proficiency in MicroStation (OpenRoads) or AutoCAD (Civil 3D).
Experience in client management, business development, and public agency permit documents.
Mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative work environment.
Manage performance metrics to ensure timely and budget-friendly project delivery.
Salary: $96,000 - $135,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
