Acts in a lead capacity and directs the work of others
• Collects, analyzes, and evaluates various types of data to make recommendations on course of action
• Follows established processes and procedures to analyze data, determine problem areas, and develop solutions
• Utilizes established mathematical and scientific techniques to analyze data
• Possesses extensive knowledgeable of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the analysis field
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish tasks
• Can work as part of a team or independently and manages multiple tasks simultaneously

Experience:
6+ yrs of progressive responsibility in providing technical leadership
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel, Structured Query Language (SQL), R or Python (statistical programming), Data visualization and Data manipulation
• Principal skill set includes ability to perform all stated/implied duties within this tier and those reasonably derived from preceding tiers

Relevant core and advanced certifications as established/required per local, national and international industry standards or as necessitated by performance expectations associated with level of appointment

Education:
• BA or BS degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, marketing, finance, computer science or related field of study + 15 years of experience
OR
• MS degree + 12 years of experience
OR
• PHD + 9 years of experience
