Job Duties and Responsibilities:You will take the lead to work with a highly motivated, cross-functional team on defining, launching, and managing new products and services for our product portfolio. You will be responsible for discovering value through a data-driven approach, deeply understanding the US market, the competitive landscape, and business customers' drivers for demand for our products and services. You will produce supporting business cases and plans for delivering products to market. You will lead the entire journey from product conception to market launch, including pilots and trials. Thriving at the intersection of technology and business, you are comfortable immersing yourself in the details on each end of the spectrum, with the end goal of creating value for customers, accompanied by a world-class customer experience with the product.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Deeply understand the market needs and competitive landscape, and how DISH's product offering is positioned
- Set product priorities and time-to-market objectives, through engagement with business stakeholders
- Deeply engage with technical teams through specified product features with acceptance criteria, to build out the functionality needed across back-end systems in the cloud, and on-device software, including what is delivered by third parties
- Through ruthless prioritization, define and deliver the Minimum Viable Product, manage the timeline, and remove or overcome the obstacles to on-time success
- Describe and produce in detail, customer journeys, and document those in product features with comprehensive and testable acceptance criteria
- Identify, articulate, and communicate opportunities for value proposition, and differentiation, including validation of those through data collection and analytics

Skills, Experience and Requirements:As a successful Principal Enterprise Product Manager, you will have:
Education and Experience:
- A degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical field, or MBA, or equivalent practical experience
- 10+ years of experience in product management, in a wireless or internet services environment
Skills and Qualifications:
- A deep and proven understanding of the US telecom market for enterprise and government, with experience in writing product features with detailed acceptance criteria in an agile development environment
- A solid understanding of the US wireless market, the wireless carrier perspective, as well as wireless device software, and wireless carrier back end systems
- Strong foundation in product discovery and validation methodologies, including customer journey mapping, prototyping and A/B testing
- Desired understanding of new and emerging security principles across wireless and IT environments

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
