The Principal, Growth Strategy will lead high-impact, strategic initiatives related to growth across the Primary Care Organization (PCO). Working closely with PCO leadership and other key stakeholders, you will take on complex strategic and operational challenges with the goal of building creative and novel solutions. In addition, you will assist with sales systems & operations, the development of our go-to-market strategy, and the advancement of growth analytics & reporting capabilities for the PCO.
In this role, you will need to be prepared to interact with senior leaders, function with a significant amount of autonomy and work extensively with data. A cross-functional mindset and a broad set of skills are needed, as the role spans strategy, operations, analytics, and project leadership.
Key Responsibilities include:
+ Identify and develop new channels of patient growth, building new capabilities for the PCO
+ Lead initiatives to improve effectiveness of existing channels, including implementing strategic adjustments, technology enablement, and process improvement
+ Analyze customer acquisition cost at sub-channel levels to help improve effectiveness of spend
+ Perform thorough quantitative and qualitative analyses, presenting insights to PCO leadership team
+ Drive improved analytics & reporting related to growth
+ Develop reports, track KPIs, organize and lead meetings to review performance

Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree
+ At least 5 years of professional experience in a strategy or consulting capacity
+ Experience or interest in the healthcare sector
+ Self-motivation with strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and organizational skills
+ Strong analytical capabilities and data-driven mentality
+ Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$136,200 - $187,400 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
