We are working with a leading automotive manufacturer in Southern California, known for pioneering advanced antenna systems and RF/microwave solutions. Serving both commercial aviation and defense sectors, this company is looking for a highly skilled Principal Mechanical Engineer to drive innovation and lead critical projects.

Title: Principal Mechanical Engineer

Location: Full-time Onsite in Hawthorne, CA

Compensation: $125K - $175K DOE + Healthcare Coverage + Paid Time Off (PTO) + 401(k) Match + Other Comprehensive Benefits

Qualifications:

• BS in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering (MS preferred)
• 8+ years of mechanical engineering experience
• Expertise in positioner drive systems and precision mechanics
• Strong background in mechanical design, analysis, and manufacturing
• Preferable experience with solid modeling, GD&T, Creo, and composite structures
