We’re looking for Sr. Manager, Salesforce Platform and Integration to join Procore’s GTM team within our Data, Technology and Security Organization
As a Senior Manager, you have a deep background in managing Salesforce and Integration Platform, enjoy managing Salesforce.com delivery teams, and are comfortable collaborating with multiple business stakeholders, and balance competing priorities with ease. You will partner with our GTM delivery team and Business Application team. As a technical leader, you’ll motivate a high-performing team responsible for the design, development, configuration, testing and administration of Salesforce platform and related integration systems to deliver on strategic business objectives.
This position reports to the Sr. Director, GTM Systems and will be based in our Austin office. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.
What you’ll do:
Recruit, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of administrators, developers, quality engineers, and system analysts responsible for overseeing the Salesforce, Workato, and Camunda integration platforms
Manage the performance of the team, including promotions, compensation and performance improvement plans
Own the overall Salesforce platform strategy, ensuring that it meets the overall business requirements and support long-term goals
Oversee day-to-day operations , including system monitoring, issue resolution, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Salesforce ecosystem
Manage and optimize integration with third-party tools and platforms utilizing integration platform such as Workato and Camunda, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality
Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to prioritize, manage and release new features, functionality, and system upgrades
Ensure adherence to data governance policies, regulatory compliance like SOX and industry best practices within Salesforce platform
Establish and lead observability practices and tooling for Salesforce platform and other enterprise system
Take a hands-on approach to the entire software development lifecycle, working in an Agile environment where innovation and teamwork are pillars of success
Stay informed on the latest Salesforce capabilities and industry trends, identifying opportunities to leverage new technologies to enhance platform and scalability
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology, related technical field
12 + years of experience in Salesforce platform management or operations, with at least 5+ years in a leadership or managerial role
Strong experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or other Salesforce products
Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, architecture, and development lifecycle
Proven experience with integration platforms such as Workato, MuleSoft, Snapllogic or Camunda
In-depth experience in integration architecture and design, particularly with Camunda. Proven track record of handling large-scale integrations involving Salesforce, NetSuite, and Workday
Excellent leadership and people management skills with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, or Salesforce Platform App Builder are highly desirable
Working knowledge ITIL, Agile/Scrum are a plus

Additional Information
Base Pay Range $142,040 - $195,305. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
