Print Production Site Manager - IST Management Services

IST Management Services is seeking a strong leader to join our team as an Office Services Site Manager.  The Office Services Site Manager will be responsible for the oversight of the daily staff & operation while providing quality office support services in a professional environment.  Ideal candidates have prior relevant management and customer service experience, excellent communicators, and possess strong attention to detail.  Prior background with mail related operations, shipping/receiving, print, and catering coordinating & conference room setups is preferred. 

Location: This amazing opportunity is located in Washington, DC area.  

Schedule: Monday Friday  8:00 PM - 5:00 PM Hours are flexible

Compensation: $80K - $87.5K Annually DOE

The Site Manager is responsible for managing daily print production across multiple production centers. This includes overseeing staff, coordinating production schedules, ensuring quality control, and working closely with various teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of projects.

Additional responsibilities include:  

• Oversee staff in all print production areas.
• Attend production meetings with customer service teams, production coordinators, and other staff.
• Manage daily production schedules to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality print jobs.
• Serve as a liaison between customer service teams and production coordinators to maintain quality standards and ensure client satisfaction.
• Coordinate workloads across print centers to ensure efficiency and adherence to deadlines.
• Ensure the quality and service delivery of all print production, maintaining high standards for all outputs.
• Oversee routine maintenance of all printing equipment and coordinate with materials management teams for any repairs or advanced maintenance needs.

Required Qualifiications Include:

• 5-7 years of experience in managing print production, preferably in a high-volume environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple teams and coordinate between various stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate and efficient project management.
• Knowledge of print production processes and equipment, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and maintain quality standards.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Leadership in managing daily print operations.
• Strong quality control experience.
• Ability to meet production deadlines and coordinate complex workflows.
• Familiarity with both digital and wide-format printing processes.
