About the Job
I am recruiting for a Manufacturing Company in need of a qualified PCBA Technician (Printed Circuit Board Assembly). The company is well-established and has a great company culture leading to an excellent retention rate.
Responsibilities:
- Be able to operate and technically support all PCBA processes, including Stencil Design, Laser Cutter Programming, Screen Printer Programming, Solder Paste Inspection Programming, Pick and Place Programming, Automated Optical Inspection Programming, and Reflow Profiling.
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematic drawings, and engineering instructions for assembling electronics units.
- Apply knowledge of electronic theory and components.
- Troubleshoot issues and use analytical skills to find solutions.
- Create standard operating procedures for equipment.
- Identify potential safety and performance issues and take action to eliminate them.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in printed circuit board assembly.
- Strong computer software skills and the aptitude to learn new software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment with focused execution of tasks.
- Attention to safety, quality, and performance.
- Self-starter with a sense of self-reliance and urgency.
Highly desired but not required:
Hands-on experience in the development of module packaging processes such as SMT, underfill, dispensing, and epoxy die attach. Experience in advanced packaging technologies such as die attach, wirebond, flip-chip.
