As an Associate on the Digital Team, you will focus on our Large Language Model (LLM) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) strategy, specifically for a product called "CASEY." The ideal candidate will play a critical role in developing and implementing AI-driven solutions to enhance client experiences and drive business growth.
Job Responsibilities:
+ Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance the CASEY product, leveraging LLM and AI technologies to deliver innovative solutions that meet client needs.
+ AI Strategy: Contribute to the development and execution of the LLM/AI strategy for the CASEY product, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations.
+ Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics and machine learning techniques to analyze client interactions and behaviors, identifying opportunities for AI-driven enhancements and personalization.
+ Research and Innovation: Stay informed about the latest advancements in LLM and AI technologies, conducting research to identify new opportunities for innovation and improvement within the CASEY product.
+ Client Experience: Advocate for the client experience, ensuring that AI-driven solutions are intuitive, user-friendly, and deliver tangible value to clients.
+ Project Management: Assist in managing project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications, ensuring that priority features are delivered on time and within scope.
+ Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of AI technologies into the CASEY product.
+ Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of CASEY features and enhancements, using data-driven insights to make continuous improvements and optimizations.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
+ Experience: 3 years of experience in product.
+ Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
+ Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java. Experience with machine learning frameworks and tools
+ Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
+ Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and present complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
+ Client-Centric Mindset: Passion for delivering exceptional client experiences and a deep understanding of client needs and behaviors.
+ Innovation: A proactive and innovative mindset, with a strong interest in exploring new technologies and driving continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
+ AI, machine learning, data science, or a related field and experience in financial services or wealth management is a plus.
+ Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) is a plus.
