Citizens Private Bank has accelerated its strategy to build out Wealth Management, scale Business Banking, grow deposits, and expand in key growth markets. We are looking for talented individuals with a demonstrated track record of delivering a gold glove experience to clients that results in long-term client loyalty. Citizens Private Wealth presently manages and advises on over $20 Billion in assets, offering a wide scope of services, expertise, and research, while intimately focusing on each client’s unique circumstances.

In this role, you will work within distribution channels and partner across consumer and commercial banking departments to actively look for cross sell and business development opportunities to grow businesses and bring in revenue. Additionally, you will be accountable for providing support to the senior banker. The assistance you provide to the senior bankers will include new client acquisition and retention through a broad knowledge of investments, banking, trust services and financial planning. Primary responsibilities include





+ Day to day management of the Senior Banker’s book of business.



+ Growing the deposit and lending business on behalf of the Senior Banker.



+ Aggressive new household goal, to drive new Citizens Private Bank clients into deposit products.



+ Responsible for onboarding new client relationships, new account applications, Patriot Act.



+ Works along with the Senior Banker and specialized team members to resolve daily client needs.



+ Provides resources to Senior Bankers for the sales process, development of pitch books, performance books, and other client and prospect needs.



+ Provides support to correspond with clients on behalf of the Senior Banker, logs client activity, pipeline activity and sales reporting.





Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials





+ 7+ years of private wealth experience providing planning/solutions and advice to HNW and UHNW clients



+ Bachelors degree preferred and CFP
