SUMMARY
The Cybersecurity Process Analyst will support the cybersecurity team by analyzing, documenting, and improving security processes. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to ensure that cybersecurity measures are effectively integrated into business operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in cybersecurity, excellent analytical skills, and a willingness to learn.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties and tasks may be assigned.
- Assist in the development and documentation of cybersecurity policies, procedures, and standards.
- Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of security controls and measures.
- Participate in security audits and assessments to ensure the effectiveness of security practices.
- Assist in the development and deployment of security awareness training campaigns and phishing simulations.
- Support the security risk assessment process for third-party product and service vendors.
- Assist with the triage of security alerts and incidents.
- Keep up to date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies.
- Provide incident response support, including process orchestration and coordination across teams.
- Support buildout of Helpdesk processes and workflows specific to the information security team.
- Review alerts and data from sensors and support initial triage efforts.
- Support threat intelligence gathering and analysis efforts.
