This position sits within our Accounting and Finance division which facilitates day-to-day cash flows of the company, analyzes assets and liabilities, and aids planning for future growth.
The Opportunity
This role is responsible for identifying, building, deploying and maintaining emerging technologies to scale our compliance footprint. Grounded by system administration and workflow continuity responsibilities, this individual will be afforded independent opportunities to lead finance’s automation journey. Day to day responsibilities will be to ensure the controlled, timely flow of transactional and compliance activities for Controllership. Future opportunities can include contract negotiation and strategic input.
Responsibilities:What You’ll Be Doing
- Administer key financial and operational systems, including Business Central, Fabric, One Trust, Concur, Dock 365, ProLease, and Power Automate.
- Ensure workflow integrity for compliance functions such as purchasing, approvals, privacy/AI, contracts (customer/legal/internal), denied party lists, fraud prevention, and ESG reporting.
- Develop and implement a systematic approach to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement based on Guidebook documentation and internal customer feedback.
- Design and implement lightweight workflow and transformation automation using Microsoft Power applications to streamline business processes and increase efficiency.
- Produce system documentation and standard operating procedures for workflows and applications to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Support the deployment of new processes and conduct post-deployment evaluations to measure the success of each initiative
- Pursue opportunities to ensure compliance in automation throughout the department
- Monitor the performance of automation tools and provide end-users with troubleshooting guidance as needed
- Provide training and support to end-users to enable them to identify and implement their own opportunities for improvement
- Foster cross-functional relationships throughout the organization to promote the adoption of automation and process improvements
- Ensure that all actions consider the implications for the internal control environment

What You Bring to the Team
- Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of experience in compliance, systems, workflow or accounting.
- Strong presence and communication skills
- Proven ability to effectively collaborate and engage with various stakeholders.
- Tenacity and curiosity to dig into complex problems and create more efficient solutions.
- Proven ability to work independently, with little direction, while driving process improvements.
- Familiarity with systems like Business Central, Power BI, or Power Automate is a plus.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- The physical activities of this position include frequent sitting, telephone communication, working on a computer for extended periods of time. Visual acuity is required to perform activities close to the eyes.
- This position is considered hybrid with a minimum of one day in office each week and occasionally for team meetings and events. Team members are expected to have an established workspace.
