Process Development Associate

What you will do

Lets do this. Lets change the world. In this vital role you will serve as a member of Amgens Late-Stage Synthetics Drug Product development team, learning and providing hands-on formulation and process expertise during the development of clinical and commercial products for solid oral dosage forms (small molecule focus).

• Interface within the Drug Product Technologies and external functions as a team member to support programs and initiatives.
• Contribute to experimentation design and execution, and assist in analysis and interpretation of data.
• Organize and communicate information within the team to help lead to the best possible formulation and processes.

• High school diploma / GED and 4 years of Process development experience OR
• Associates degree and 2 years of Process development experience OR
• Bachelors degree

• Bachelors degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical or Pharmaceutical Engineering, Chemistry, Life Sciences or other related fields.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to design, execute, and interpret experimental results.
• Experience in working with diverse team members in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
• Basic understanding of organic and physical chemistry, material sciences, and statistics.
• Motivated self-starter with excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
