Process Excellence and Business Integration Lead ? Innovate to Forecast
Hybrid - Lakeville 3x a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
Responsibilities:
- Create, modify, and validate process maps
- Work with business partners and IT on integration activities for workstream including design and discovery phases
- Recommend and implement process improvements using deep knowledge of the "Innovate to Forecast" processes
- Implement and follow standardized work output (content, communication, organization)
- Discover and implement opportunities for value creation, working with functional teams to drive impact to KPIs

- Increase thought leadership within team specific to "Innovate to Forecast" workstream to drive faster business process change and improvement

The Process Excellence & Business Integration team focuses on:
- Preparing and enabling the company to develop repeatable, scalable, and standardized integration readiness for mergers & acquisitions (M&A)
- Driving a business process focused culture
- Developing and maintaining process standard documentation, maps, and best practices to drive cost savings and efficiency
