Adecco is seeking a talented Process Technician to join our client’s dynamic team and and contribute to the production of high-quality products in Traverse City, MI. As a Process Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and effective operations.

Qualifications:
4-5 years of experience as a Process Technician preferred.
In-depth knowledge of injection molding machines and processes.
Strong communication skills.
Working knowledge of production tooling.
Preferred press experience: Arburg, Toyo, Engel.
Experience with RJG systems.
Familiarity with automation systems integrated with molding machines (Kuka, Fanuc, Arburg multilift, Engle Viper).
Responsibilities:
Maintain and operate molding presses and auxiliary equipment.
Oversee press startups, quality control, alarm response, and continuous production.
Analyze and recommend corrective actions for sample parts and quality rejects.
Maintain process logs and collaborate with engineers on process modifications.
Troubleshoot processing, quality, and tooling issues.
Coordinate with maintenance to address press malfunctions and minimize downtime.
Partner with the Quality Department to ensure the production of acceptable parts.
Support Injection Molding Set Technicians.
