Duration: 6+ Months Contract to Hire
Location: Falls Church, VA Hybrid (need to be onsite once or twice per week)
Salary: $35.00/Hourly - Salary after conversion 75K per annum

This is a hybrid position that will require you to be in the office one day per week.
HOW A PROCUREMENT ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
- Manage the procurement process for both indirect (internal customers) and direct (government customers) procurements.
- Sourcing execution in compliance with the various regulatory requirements imposed upon Supply Chain by its customers, including the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), and leverage the market strength of client, recognize market conditions, and strive to maximize value obtained from each procurement action.
- Management of RFQ/RFPs from drafting, bidder communication, negotiation, and execution.
- Completion of sourcing checklist (includes single/sole source justification, price analysis, individual screening requirements, etc.
- Ensures high internal customer satisfaction.
- Supports the implementation of process improvements and streamlined procedures whenever possible.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- High School Diploma and 4+ years of equivalent work experience OR Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of experience. 2+ years in government contracts and/or strategic procurement.
- Experience with terms and conditions/pricing negotiation.
- Experience in written/oral communications at all levels of the company.
- Ability to research, analyze, compile, and assess business and financial data.
- Ability to make sound decisions and recommendations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented individual who works quickly and efficiently.
- Ability to manage multiple projects related to the purchasing process.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent
