Our client, a leading medical devices company, is looking for a Procurement Analyst. This is for an initial duration of 12 months and is located in Hialeah, FL.
This is an On-site position.

- BACHELOR'S DEGREE REQUIRED.
Essential Responsibilities include:
- Placing new or expediting existing orders.
- This role will resolve invoicing and accounting issues as they arise, working directly with Buyers and Accounts Payable.
- Notifies suppliers of change in order revisions, forecast or any deviations to ensure they are producing to the most up to date drawings, demand and certificates.
- This person will request documentation or order status updates from suppliers in accordance with our supplier approval process including, new supplier forms, business continuity plans, and other information as needed.
- This person will also ensure that the supplier documentation collected is saved in the proper locations per outlined work instructions.
- The person selected will also work directly with select vendors ensuring their items are available for production and customers.
- Will also ensure approved supplier part database is maintain in Oracle.
- Basic Microsoft skills, ERP (Oracle/SAP) experience in procuring perishable or background in the medical industry.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- A Bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain with 0-2 years of experience.
- Requires strong written, verbal communication, and interpersonal leadership skills in a high-volume work environment.
- Must have a practical working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems: PRMS and Oracle working knowledge is preferred. Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel with the ability to learn new programs that are job specific.
