Job Description:
We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Product Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and product management within the SaaS industry. This role involves analyzing product performance, gathering and interpreting data, and providing insights to drive product development and enhancement.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to evaluate product performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide real-time visibility into key product metrics.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product strategy and development.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Assist in defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to understand client needs and inform product decisions.
- Monitor and analyze user behavior and engagement to identify trends and opportunities for product enhancement.
- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on product performance and key insights.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in product analytics and apply them to Recruitics' product development processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in product analysis, data analysis, or a related role within the SaaS industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Looker.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of the recruitment and HR technology landscape is a plus.
Compensation:
- $110,000 - $120,000
