InterVision is seeking a proactive Product Catalog, Configuration and Pricing Manager. This role is critical in optimizing our product and services catalog, enhancing pricing and quoting tools, and driving process improvements.
The Product Catalog, Configuration and Pricing Manager will maintain and improve our catalog, enhance configuration and pricing tools, and support product life-cycle projects. Strong analytical skills and technical proficiency in tools like Salesforce and Excel are essential, along with the ability to design data flow models, drive process improvement and drive reporting solutions.

Critical Skills:
- CPQ: Proficiency in catalog management software and tools including implementing configuration and price rules. Ability to create and manage complex product configurations and pricing strategies. Expertise in Salesforce CPQ is a plus.
- Advanced Excel Skills: Strong capabilities in Excel, including data manipulation, analysis, and the use of advanced features like macros and pivot tables.
- Database Management: Experience working with databases to manage product and services data effectively.
- Data Flow Architecture: Ability to design and represent data flow models using process flow tools like Lucidchart.
- Reporting: Competence in contributing to report development and visualization in tools like Power BI.
- Innovation: identify ways to improve our catalog data and to automate data processing. A strong understanding of Generative AI and scripting is a plus.
- Collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, Data Science, or a related job experience.
- 3+ years of experience in product catalog management, pricing analysis, or a related role.
- Proven experience in process improvement and data flow modeling.
- Proficient in working within Salesforce, Excel, Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Some of the exciting work you will encounter:
1. Product and Services Catalog Management:
- Catalog Maintenance: Improve, maintain, and enrich the product and services catalog, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and compliance with internal standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers to ensure the catalog reflects current offerings. Collaborate with customer operations teams, IT and SW developers is various projects with dependencies on our product catalog data.
- Data Integrity: Oversee the integrity and organization of SKU information, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
2. Pricing and Quoting Tool Development and Administration:
- Tool Enhancement: Collaborate with Product Managers, Sales Engineers and software developers to continually improve the functionality of the Configuration and Pricing tool. Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ, Microsoft Excel, Power BI and database environments is a must.
- User Experience: Gather feedback from users to drive updates and enhancements that improve usability and accuracy.
3. Process Improvement:
- Process Optimization: Analyze existing processes related to product catalog and billing to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Data Flow Modeling: Architect product data flow models and data structure that map out dependencies and uses of data across various systems. Utilization of tools like Lucidchart or other process flow tools is a must.
- Automation and Reporting: Drive data flow automation and reporting initiatives.
4. Product Life-Cycle Management Support:
- Pricing Analysis: Assist Product Managers in conducting pricing updates to ensure competitiveness and alignment with market trends.
- Product Information Management: Support the maintenance and organization of product information, ensuring it is up-to-date and readily accessible to stakeholders.
- Collaboration on Projects: Work closely with Product Managers on various product life-cycle projects, contributing insights and technical expertise to achieve project goals.
