About the Program:
At ADT our interns innovate, collaborate, and contribute to critical projects that drive our business forward. You’ll have the unique opportunity to meet with our executive leaders, gain insights into various areas of our business, and participate in community service projects, all while working on initiatives that deliver tangible business results.
Areas of Focus:
As an intern working with our Product group at ADT, you will support our team in one of the following areas, among others:
Market Research: Gather and analyze data on market trends, customer needs, and competitor products.
Product Management: Support product managers in developing and executing product strategies, including feature prioritization, roadmap planning, and cross-functional team collaboration.
Project Management: Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects, ensuring timelines are met and objectives are achieved. Work closely with stakeholders to monitor progress and manage risks.
Design and Development Support: Create presentations, reports, and other materials to support design and development processes.
What You Need to Be Successful:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field, with a graduation date between May 2025 and June 2026.
- GPA of 3.0 or higher

- Active involvement in a student club or organization related to your major or career goals.
- A portfolio demonstrating your technical ability e.g. product design and/or user experience.
- Prior internship or work experience.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently, managing tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Details:
- Compensation: $22/hour for undergraduates, $25/hour for those who have obtained a Bachelor’s degree and are enrolled in a graduate program.
- Work Schedule: A 40-hour workweek is expected, with interns on-site from Monday to Wednesday, and if no team meetings or events are planned, the option to work remotely on Thursdays and Fridays.
- Housing allowance and relocation assistance are not offered for Internship roles.
Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required, as we do not offer sponsorship.
- Must be available for the entire duration of the internship program, from May 19-July 31
