Job Description
Objective of the Job |
The Product Manager will strategically and tactically manage the pricing, facility loading, and product development targets for their applicable products. This position requires knowledge and reporting related to market analysis, internal pricing and costing, as well as competitor extras and capabilities. Alignment with operational functional areas and sales to delivery of company objectives, including all growth initiatives and capability adjustments, is critical in this position. Ensuring on-time in-full order fulfillment for customers and optimizing facility loading volumes based on forecast to shipment plans is expected. This includes identifying and driving profitability through grade and size mix, based on key company and market indicators and contract performance analytics. |

This position is located at the Arkansas site. Fast paced, high intensity office atmosphere. Independent travel is expected. Timely after-hours and weekend support coverage is required. Must maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and be adept in both electronic and verbal communications. |

This position does not supervise others. |
