Position Overview:

The Product Manager will be responsible for driving the development, launch, and lifecycle management of medical services and healthcare products. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the product lifecycle, from conceptualization and planning through development, launch, and post-launch optimization.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights, understand market trends, and define product requirements.

• Work closely with clinical, operational, and technical teams to ensure the successful design and implementation of healthcare services and products.

• Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs.

• Oversee product performance, conducting regular analysis to assess metrics, patient outcomes, and overall success.

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of high-value features.

• Act as a key liaison between departments, including marketing, sales, operations, and customer service, to ensure cohesive product strategies and communication.

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback collection to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

• Lead product training sessions for internal teams and external partners.

• Ensure all products and services comply with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, and maintain a focus on patient confidentiality and safety.

• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure products are launched on schedule and within scope.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, product management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

• Proven experience in product management, preferably within the healthcare or medical services industry.

• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices.

• Excellent project management skills with a track record of leading cross-functional teams to successful product launches.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Proficiency in product management tools and software.
