Our suite of energy products for grid-connected and off-grid applications performs a variety of high value functions for utilities, businesses, and residential customers
The energy products team is growing rapidly and is adding highly qualified members to the product, engineering, finance, and sales teams. You will be a key member of the Hardware and Firmware Product Management team, defining and commercializing product offerings for B2B energy storage solutions (Megapack and Powerpack) across our three core segments: Utilities, Commercial & Industrial, and Microgrids
You will leverage your expertise to develop market and product requirements needed to deliver industry-leading products
You will also be a key technical member of a cross-functional Product Management team that also supports the ongoing development of technical content for sales, finance, and engineering teams for Tesla’s industrial energy products
Finally, you will be responsible for identifying and defining features or product improvements and managing their commercial and technical development as well as release efforts.You will be required to wear many hats and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
This is a multi-faceted role where strong knowledge of commercial and engineering (electrical, mechanical, systems) topics is a must, and product management experience is highly desired
