Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of payer, provider, & other strategic customer strategies for the Janssen Neuroscience Mood portfolio to ensure patient access
- Develop compelling customer resources and education that amplify clear comprehensive product coverage to label, highlight appropriate procurement pathways, and transparent reimbursement for all approved indications and any associated healthcare services for patients
- Partner with internal and external partners to develop and execute detailed project plans and deliver key assets for the Neuroscience field sales organization , Strategic Customer Group (SCG), Managed Markets & Institutional Business Group all ensuring optimal product access
- Collaborate with Brand and Agency partners to collect customer insights, analyze marketplace trends and ensure consistency of umbrella messaging with pull-through of total brand positioning across all resources
- Partner with all relevant stakeholders during the development of payer market access trainings for Neuroscience field sales organization, Strategic Customer Group (SCG), Managed Markets & Institutional Business Group with timely field execution
- Work with Brand, PECS, SCG to execute Specialty Pharmacy strategy with resource development and trainings for Neuroscience field sales organization, Strategic Customer Group (SCG), Managed Markets & Institutional Business Group
- Lead CAC relationship for Market Access team with timely submissions and approvals

- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Pharmaceutical Science, or a related field is required. An MBA is preferred.
Required:
- A minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical or business experience is required.
- The ideal candidate must have demonstrated a track record of business results, a proactive work ethic, proven project management skills, strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
- Strong teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills required.
- The ability to influence and lead large/diverse teams without direct authority is required.
- This candidate must effectively lead multiple agencies and internal stakeholders, communicate clearly and concisely, deliver all projects within budget, and assess project impact on driving results.
- Experience leading, prioritizing and execution with multiple projects is required.
- Practical knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing that includes FDA, regulatory, and legal environment, and HCC regulations is preferred.
Preferred:
- A minimum of four years of experience in Payer and or Market Access, Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Pricing, and/or related fields is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of psychiatry brands and depression therapeutic area experience is preferred.
Other:
- This position is a high visibility position with exposure to multiple layers of Sr. Management.
- This position is located in Titusville, NJ, and requires up to 25% domestic travel.
The base pay range for this position is $99,000 to $170,200 The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
