Teradyne is looking for talented people, who share our passion and drive, to join our team. Seeking a Strategic Business Development Manager for our Nextest Division.
RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Establish and maintain relationships with customers on both engineering and business levels.
+ Work closely with the Sales teams to develop and implement account strategy
+ Identify and qualify new business opportunities - engage customers in the discovery process and create win-win scenarios for Nextest, partners and customers.
+ Work with the Nextest sales team, product marketing team, and field applications team as well as the partner support teams and customers to help bring the opportunities to a successful close.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
Seeking 8-12 years of experience in the following:
+ Working knowledge of semiconductor chip testing desired.
+ Experience in selling semiconductor test equipment and experience within the semiconductor industry desired.
+ Experience supporting customers.
+ Proven "Design-In" business development track record desired.
+ SalesForce Skills is preferred
+ Program and project management experience managing multiple cross functional teams across multiple time zones highly desired.
+ Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a passion for building relationships with enthusiasm and high-energy
+ Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills required
+ International travel required (30%)
+ Mandarin speaking preferred, but not required
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Marketing, or Sales OR equivalent work experience with a strong business background.
