Rate: 60-70/ hr on w-2 (No C2C)
Overview: As the Product Manager for Document Management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the product strategy for our cutting-edge document management solutions. This position entails close collaboration with the Director of Software Engineering to ensure alignment of product development with business objectives and market demands. You will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from inception and development to deployment and user adoption, with a focus on integrating advanced AI functionalities to enhance usability and functionality. Reporting directly to the Director of Digital Product Management, you will also collaborate extensively with various business units to drive product adoption and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a cohesive product strategy for the enterprise document management platform, leveraging AI technologies to meet contemporary business requirements.
- Conduct thorough market research and gather user feedback to identify opportunities for enhancing product features and capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Software Engineering (Document Management) to align technical development efforts with the product vision and customer needs.
- Define user personas and scenarios to guide the design and development of new features.
- Create and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on strategic significance, complexity, and value to users.
- Lead cross-functional teams through all stages of the product development lifecycle, ensuring transparent communication and timely delivery of features.
- Develop and implement an enterprise-wide rollout and adoption strategy in collaboration with Product and Technology teams across multiple business units.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics and user engagement data to derive insights and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop training materials and provide support to internal stakeholders to facilitate effective platform adoption and utilization.
- Serve as the primary advocate for customer perspectives within the organization, ensuring that user feedback directly influences product enhancements and updates.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in enterprise software or document management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful product strategies, with the ability to effectively present recommendations to senior management.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data-driven insights to make informed product decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of collaborating with diverse teams and influencing stakeholders across different functions.
- Proficiency in Agile development methodologies and experience in leading cross-functional Agile teams.
- Knowledge of AI technologies and their applications in business solutions is advantageous.
