Product Manager - PrideStaff

Our client is looking for a Product Manager for a Direct Hire  role in Warren, NJ.

Responsibilities:

• Transfers market or customer demands into specifications for new products and services
• Provides R&D teams precise and high-quality project orders for product development which can be transferred efficiently into Technologies and Products fulfilling market requirements
• Initiates, leads and/or supervises product development initiatives
• Prepares and executes product launches globally in a structured and professional manner, ensures product availability
• Implements and maintains an effective product life cycle management and evaluates COGS and Gross Margin of respective products and initiates appropriate measures
• Leads product-focused sales promotion initiatives, at customer sites and exhibitions in close collaboration with Market Management
• Provides sales support material (product presentations, selling guides, product flyers and catalogues, product samples and display material)

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Physics or similar field required
• Minimum 5 years of industry related experience required
• Minimum 3 years of product management experience required
• Product know-how in the field of high frequency and microwave technologies required
• Minimum of 15% travel
