Job Description
My client, a Medical Device company is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to support the commercial team’s activities to achieve all sales goals.
The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for coordinating and implementing the company’s strategic marketing activities. This includes:
- Coordinate the company’s strategic marketing efforts
- Enhancing existing marketing materials
- Developing new marketing materials, both digital and print
- Collecting and presenting patient outcome data into focused reports
- Manage the company’s outsourced marketing communications agencies for rapid, cost-effective creation and delivery of the company’s marketing needs where necessary
- Being the owner and expert of company branding and style guides
- Tradeshow and event management
The Product Marketing Manager is also responsible for the management and execution of product training. This includes:
- Continuing development of a nation-wide training program while incorporating feedback from Regional Sales Managers and distributors
- Managing internal Learning Management System for all sales training related content
- Identify and manage third-party vendors to migrate static training courses into SCORM courses
- Personally leading virtual training sessions
- Becoming an expert on technology related to company products, services, and procedures
Qualifications And Experience
- BS/BA degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of product marketing, training, and management experience
- Medical device and/or healthcare experience strongly preferred (especially Veteran Affairs)
- Ability to perform with minimal managerial oversight
- Ability to balance stakeholder priorities while leading a cross-functional team
- Strong data analysis skills
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Tradeshow experience
- Ability to travel up to 75% of time
- Comfortable using the following (or equivalent) applications / tools: o Spoke LMS
o Atlassian Software Suite (JIRA, Confluence, Trello)
o Salesforce
o Tableau
o Adobe Creative Cloud
o MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
