We do this by combining technology, science, innovation, marketing and creativity to build new customer-facing features and experiences alongside cutting edge tools for marketers. We are looking for creative, customer-obsessed, curious and highly entrepreneurial leaders to join our new and exciting team.
NAS Marketing is seeking a Marketing Manager responsible for managing Prime onsite experiences end to end, from strategy through execution, for acquiring Prime members across key touchpoints. As a leader on the team, this role requires having a strong POV and vision for how to position Prime to drive customer acquisition and engagement, along with a clear, concise ability to provide direction to internal and external partners to achieve your vision. Our marketers use customer insights, learnings from previous tests, and design best practices to develop experiments that look to improve our customers understanding of all that Prime has to offer.
Key job responsibilities
- Oversee US Prime Acquisition marketing across key onsite placements
- Work cross-functionally with Design, Retail, Brand, Business, and Tech to develop impactful Prime marketing campaigns.
- Provide clear direction and guidance to internal and external partners to achieve your vision
- Establish goals and KPIs
- Merchandise marketing placements and build campaigns, requiring a significant attention to detail
- Demonstrate strong prioritization skills, balancing strategic investments with automated evergreen programs to achieve objectives
- Conduct analysis on campaign performance and make necessary adjustments
- Strive for operational excellence and continuously seek to improve processes to serve unique customers more efficiently
- Work effectively in a matrix organization, developing win-win partnerships with cross-functional teams
- Create compelling, alignment-driving documents to communicate your vision and strategy to key stakeholders
Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs
- Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $98,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
