Solugenix is assisting a client, a financial services company, in their search for a Product Owner – Banking Compliance. This is a Long Term Contract opportunity based out of Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid).

Qualifications:

• 4+ years proven experience as a Product Owner in banking or financial services, with a focus on compliance.
• Strong understanding of banking regulations (e.g., AML, KYC, GDPR) and experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, JIRA).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strategic approach to compliance and risk management.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the product vision and strategy for compliance solutions in line with regulatory requirements and business objectives.
• Gather and prioritize requirements from internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies, creating and managing the product backlog.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement and test compliance features, ensuring they meet quality standards.
• Conduct impact assessments for regulatory changes and oversee necessary product adjustments.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on product performance and compliance metrics.

Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $60/hour to $65/hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
