Partner with stakeholders to prepare features and user stories for continual planning cycles.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plays a key role for the Web from concept to EOL that supports the rest of the business
- Understand stakeholder needs to create and maintain a product roadmap/backlog according to data/metrics-driven business value and ROI
- Work with technical teams, marketing/ business/ internal/vendor partners and customers to ensure that business, design, quality, usability and functional goals are met with each release
- Understand modern SDLC. Works in an Agile way, providing backlog management, iteration planning, writing and elaborating user stories to ensure that the technical team is working on stories that maximize business value and deliver necessary fixes and functionality to customers
- Collaborate with SMEs and act as Business Analyst to facilitate requirements gathering/design workshops and ongoing interaction and convert the business requirements to technical requirements collaboratively
- Understand and maintain the technical backlog for all releases for the platforms and integrations, and their dependencies on each other
- Create and communicate the technology roadmap and high-level release plans
- Acts as "Voice of the Customer, helps map Customer Journey and owns the Customer Experience on the Web platform/Integrations and other consumer-facing apps
- Works with other stakeholders to ensure consistent customer experience across all our outreach channels
- 5+ years of professional experience with Web applications within a Marketing, Consumer technology and or Digital Agency function, with a progressive record of successful delivery of complex software systems or services; and strong leadership skills with proven ability to collaborate well across functions and departments.
- Helped in putting Business cases together and evaluating ROI.
- Familiarity with large-scale web applications including eCommerce and Search, integrations with external systems through API's, workflow modeling and enterprise application integration, with a focus on supporting patient-centric functions.
- Experienced in Agile Development with cross-functional teams using ALM tools.
- Write user stories and clearly define acceptance criteria that the technical team can easily implement and test.
- Promote Continuous Improvement. Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Willingness to acquire additional business/system/technical knowledge as needed.
- Experience with SEO, A/B testing and Analytics Preferred.
- Experience with Speech Analytics preferred.
- Prior experience in software development is preferred.
- Ability to work both remotely as well as in an office environment preferred
- EDUCATION: Bachelor's or Associate degree in computer science, information systems, engineering or equivalent required. MBA preferred.
