Role Summary
As a Product Manager (Product Owner), you'll play a key role across the entire project lifecycle, fostering relationships with core business stakeholders and overseeing the strategic sequencing of initiatives. This position involves defining and tracking measurable outcomes and key performance indicators (KPIs) and aligns closely with our digital products team, focusing on highly-used digital services such as websites, user logins, e-commerce, and marketing channels, to drive member and customer engagement.
Your Impact
- Lead the technical execution of specific business goals.
- Manage day-to-day requirements, programs, and projects, collaborating with teams across Growth, Operations, Technology, Finance, Legal, and HR.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, technological possibilities, and competitors, transforming these insights into actionable roadmaps that promote innovative solutions and meet business targets.
- Collaborate closely with business and technology partners to deliver simple, impactful user experiences.
- Analyze product metrics to gauge effectiveness.
- Incorporate user and customer research insights into development requirements.
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies like standups, retrospectives, and design reviews to drive product vision forward.
- Coordinate and support technology delivery teams in both agile and traditional development settings.
- Organize and lead Sprint Planning & Grooming sessions, ensuring team readiness and setting priorities.
- Contribute to backlog prioritization and flag potential risks and dependencies.
- Draft product definitions and ensure completion of required documentation.
- Create user stories and tasks for the scrum team, ensuring alignment on goals.

- Ability to effectively engage and communicate with both business and technical teams.
- Skilled in translating broad strategy into practical steps for execution.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Customer-focused approach, consistently addressing client needs.
- Comfortable interacting with colleagues and stakeholders at various organizational levels.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Experience handling confidential information with discretion and adhering to data security standards.
- 3+ years of relevant product management experience.
- Knowledge of Agile software development frameworks and architectural concepts.
- Scaled Agile experience or certification is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- IT product management experience required.
- People management experience is a plus.
