Role: Product Surveillance Analyst

Location: Minnetonka, MN - 55345

Duration: 12 Months on W2

Shift Timings: 8 AM to 5 PM

- 100% Onsite role.

Skills Looking For:

- Take incoming complaints, review them, make regulatory reportary decisions.

- File management experience required.

- Knowledge of global regulations for medical device reporting and medical terminology.

- Med device background.

- DHR and Risk reviews.

- Detail oriented and get things done.

- Must be good at using Microsoft office tools.

- SAP experience is plus.

Education and Experience:

Bachelors (Science or Clinical degree) degree is required with 1 to 2 years of experience.

Masters and Ph.D degrees are over qualified for this role.

Interview Process:

- Phone Screening followed by panel video interview.
