About the Job
What you will be doing
• Administer the timely processing and tracking of all department invoices and timesheets, ensuring strong communication and workflow between our team and Accounts Payable
• Manage proper reporting for all department expenses
• Assist with production coordination - staffing, scheduling, and client communication
• Organize, update, and share department reports, presentations, and documentation
• Take detailed notes during meetings and provide updates
What you will need to succeed
• Strong organizational skills, including unwavering attention to detail
• Stellar time management skills, with particular focus on proactivity and efficient remote working
• Experience with invoices, expense reports, and working with Accounts Payable departments
• Aptitude for project management and effective problem solving
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to establish effective and immediate rapport with new and current clients
What will help you succeed
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management or other project management related major.
• Experience with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Powerpoint
• Experience with Airtable
• Experience in Creative Production - live production experience is a plus.
