Need attention to detail for the parts and measurements as small changes have a large impact.
Computer literacy and comfort using MS Office products
Be able to correctly enter data taken during measurements and test into a database on a computer
Be able to read and interpret drawings and work instructions (OMS)
Able to use small hand tools, (crimpers, wire strippers, screwdriver, wire cutters, etc) with acceptable results
Be able to solder and apply solder paste in accordance with J-610 standards.
Able to solder and tin wires, (IPC not required) and be able to use a Volt-Ohm Meter
Able to mix and apply materials and coatings
Be able to use and monitor curing ovens
Select and use taps and die correctly without damaging material
Mating of water connections/fittings so that they do not leak
Be able to correctly assemble Mechanical assemblies to released documentation
Perform an audit of the material issued to a job
Create labels as needed for assemblies to the drawings or OMS specifications
After training, understand and comply with our Non-Conformance (NC) process.
Be able to build cable/harness assemblies to the drawings or OMS.
