What’s the Job?

• Oversees workflow to ensure smooth operations and handles document creation related purchasing, inventory management, forecasting, and shipping
• Issuing purchase orders, monitoring inventory levels, coordinating shipments, expediting orders and coordinating workflow with specialists
• The role involves extensive data entry, record updating, and report creation in PowerPoint and Excel, primarily assisting the Manager in information management
• Creates purchase orders and coordinates material receiving with vendors.

What’s Needed?

• Degree in related field preferred.
• 5+ years of inventory/production control experience in manufacturing.
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with preferred Advanced Skills in Excel
