We have an exciting opportunity for somebody seeking to learn the ropes of production from the foundation up. The Production Coordinator will assist all levels of the Integrated Production department, working hands-on with producers across content, art, print, digital, experiential, and more. In addition, the Production Coordinator will have the unique experience of working closely with and reporting directly into the Head of Production (HOP). This role’s growth path will be into Integrated Production with guidance and mentorship from HOP & Directors.
Position Responsibilities:
+ Assist Head of Production
+ Responsible for documentation and sensitive information for HOP
+ Responsible for inputting department expenses, personal expenses, and car log into expense reporting system for HOP & Directors
+ Responsible for setting up travel arrangements for HOP & Directors
+ Assist EPs & Sr. Producers with various tasks dealing with production, including but not limited to: scheduling meetings, conference calls, emails, and shipping.
+ Work with producers and business affairs on purchase orders, contracts, talent, and legal issues
+ Coordinate, schedule, and attend department and other types of status meetings as required
+ Creating, compiling, and maintaining project and department documentation
+ Interface with Media, CPG (Account Team), and other agency departments as needed
+ Responsible for keeping accurate timesheets and submitting them in a timely manner
+ Ultimately gain the skills required to produce integrated assignments
+ All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
+ Detail oriented, proactive, and self-motivated
+ Deadline focused with an ability to handle a large volume of work in a limited period of time
+ A keen ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
+ Flexibility in working extended hours and occasional weekends
+ Proficient in Word, Excel, and Power Point, Keynote
+ Basic math skills
+ Excellent note taking and timely follow-up
+ Must possess good judgment, an outgoing personality, and be team a player
+ Communicate effectively internally and externally
+ Passion for learning about the business of advertising
+ Ability to assimilate information quickly

Compensation Range: $35,000.00 - $52,000.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
