Job Title: Production Coordinator I
Client: Medical Device Manufacturing Company
Duration: 1 Year Contract Role
Location: Dexter, MI 48130
Shift: 1st Shift

• Responsibilities may include the following and other duties as assigned
• Maintains schedules for material requirements and availability to support production control
• Compiles records of material received, shipped, in stock, or in production (quantity, cost, type)
• Expedites flow of materials, parts, and assemblies within or between departments per production and shipping schedules
• Assists in identifying shortages and may initiate corrective actions

• Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Autonomy:

• Entry-level, minimal experience required
• Work is clearly defined, routine, and closely supervised
• Performs clerical tasks in distribution center

Organizational Impact:

• Basic tasks and data recording in manufacturing/production operations

• Routine problems with clear solutions
• Provides data when minor adjustments are needed
