Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop mechanical components and systems for electronic devices, collaborating closely with electrical engineers to integrate mechanical designs seamlessly with electronic systems.
- Analyze test results and iterate designs to enhance performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
- Partner with the manufacturing team to ensure designs are feasible, cost-effective, and ready for production.
- Provide technical support during production to address and resolve any mechanical or electrical issues.
- Lead and manage engineering projects from initial concept through to production, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including design specifications and test plans.
- Identify and implement improvements in existing mechanical systems to boost efficiency, reliability, and performance.
- Work collaboratively with electrical engineers, product managers, and quality assurance teams to achieve successful project outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- At least 3 years of engineering experience, preferably within the electronics or manufacturing sector.
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and other relevant engineering tools.
- Strong grasp of design principles and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse departments.
