Production Laborer 2nd/3rd shift - Spherion

This union position comes with an initial 45-day probationary period. After that, you could be converted to a full-time employee (FTE) with full union benefits! You'll work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with full training provided to help you succeed and grow in your role.

Responsibilities:
Safely handle tasks like stacking products, conducting quality checks, and setting up materials.
Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Learn to operate complex machinery and help keep production running smoothly.
Play a key role in delivering quality products that keep our customers happy.

Working hours: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills:
Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required - we will train you!
Strong commitment to working safely and complying with safety regulations.
Ability to operate manufacturing equipment, read tape measures, and follow directions.
Able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs, navigate stairs, and stay active on your feet throughout the shift.
Must be available for daily overtime, weekend work, and different shifts as needed.
