Training will be provided - previous manufacturing experience not required! Hourly wage starting at $18.25!
2nd and 3rd shift available. Bonus opportunities available!
2nd shift - Monday thru Friday 3pm - 11pm
3rd shift - Sunday thru Thursday 11pm - 7am
New Shift differentials:
Second shift $1.00 per hour
Third shift $1.80 per hour
- Quarterly Attendance Bonus - associates have the potential to earn up to $600 quarterly; just for showing up to work your scheduled hours!
- Production Bonus - associates have the potential to earn up to a 10% monthly bonus on their gross monthly income based on the plant hitting production goals; potentially $275 per month (the equivalent of $1.70 per hour)!

Responsibilities:- Handling various types of plastic products
- Checking for visible defects to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform light assembly of parts
- Trimming
- Packaging
- Labeling
- Maintain acceptable established production rates
- Maintaining a safe and clean operation

- Must be able to read, speak and understand English – High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Follow all company safety rules and policies to include communicating any and all unsafe conditions, unsafe behaviors, near misses, incidents and or accidents to a Supervisor or Manager immediately
- Team player - must be able to report to assigned shift knowing that co-workers depend on their attendance to meet goals
- Physically perform work – standing/moving for the entire shift, reasonable bending and twisting, sorting and packing
- Must be able to pass a drug test and be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis for any employer
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferred but not required
- Troubleshooting experience, preferred but not required
